Tucek IT began in 2021 as an after hours venture, soon becoming a full time operation in 2022. It was originally created to help another company reduce workload and costs, but the demand grew quickly as clients recognised the quality of the work and word of mouth spread.
Today, a majority of the clientele are commercial outfits, with a smaller portion in residential services. The goal for Tucek IT, however, is to have balance between residential and commercial work across the business.
Above all, Tucek IT is built on a commitment to putting customers first. Even if it means making smaller margins on a job, delivering exceptional service and going the extra mile ensures clients return. This creates long term trust and is worth more than any ‘quick win’ will ever be.
